TESTING OVERVIEW
Batch Testing & Analytical Documentation
Identity Verification
Analytical testing may be used to confirm the identity of the compound being evaluated. Testing methods vary by compound and laboratory.
Purity Analysis
HPLC analysis is used to evaluate peptide purity. Our supplier reports a release specification exceeding 99% purity for the peptide products it supplies; actual analytical results are documented on the applicable batch Certificate of Analysis.
Batch Documentation
Certificates of Analysis correspond to specific production batches. Products supplied from a batch are associated with that batch’s testing documentation, allowing analytical results to be traced to applicable supplied inventory.
CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS
Understanding a Certificate of Analysis
A Certificate of Analysis provides analytical information for a specific production batch. Where reported, it may include identity, purity, and quantitative peptide-content measurements in addition to the testing methods and date of analysis.

Compound Identity
Confirmation of the compound analyzed.
Purity
Analytical measurement of peptide purity for the tested sample.
Net Peptide Content
Where reported, Certificates of Analysis may include quantitative peptide-content measurements in addition to purity and identity information.
Lot / Batch Number
Identifies the specific material associated with the report.
Testing Method
Testing methods vary by compound and laboratory; HPLC analysis is used to evaluate peptide purity.
Analysis Date
Identifies when laboratory analysis was performed.
BATCH-SPECIFIC RESULTS
Results Belong to the Batch
Analytical results apply to the specific sample and production batch identified on the Certificate of Analysis. Purity, peptide content, identity, and other reported measurements should be interpreted as batch-specific results, not as universal results for every future batch.
